WEBBER, a contemporary creative agency and gallery representing leading talent, is looking for a London-based Producer to join our growing team. This role involves working closely with artists, agents, senior producers and clients to deliver exceptional productions across fashion, advertising and editorial. Strong production knowledge, relationship-building, creative problem-solving and organisation are central to the role.

What You’ll Bring

5+ years' experience in artist management role, with experience representing artists in photography, motion, set design, styling, casting etc.

Established and working network globally with focus on European fashion, luxury, advertising, editorial and creative industries.

Excellent commercial instinct, negotiation skills and creative judgment. Proven success developing new business, nurturing new talent and closing commercial opportunities.

Strong presentation, communication and relationship-building abilities.

Exceptional organisation and attention to detail. The confidence to work independently while collaborating across an international team.

A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for discovering opportunities and building lasting partnerships.

What You’ll Do

Manage artist relationships, calendars, complex schedules, travel, optioned teams and production partners, ensuring projects are effectively managed from initial enquiry through to completion.

Lead project negotiations, including fees, usage rights and complex commercial agreements, while overseeing client liaison, contracts and artist requirements.

Own pipeline management, working towards artist and company targets and contributing to wider business development strategy.

Identifying new business opportunities, expanding the client network and generating new leads for artists and the agency.

Build and nurture relationships across global agencies, brands, production companies, creative partners and emerging talent, while providing insight into industry trends, client movement and commercial opportunities.

Represent WEBBER at key industry events, exhibitions and networking opportunities, proactively promoting the agency and its artists. Travelling for marketing trips and productions as required.

Identify and sign culturally relevant talent that strengthens WEBBER’s offering and contributes to the continued growth of the roster.

Develop strategic opportunities that align artists’ creative ambitions with commercial success, contributing to artist strategy and long-term career development.

Contribute to marketing and curation across WEBBER’s platforms and portfolios, developing strategy and creating materials including PDFs, treatments and written content around artists’ practices.

Be proactive in identifying ways to make productions and the agency a more inclusive space.
